Pregnancy is only going to work if it's like one of the endings for the game, where it can be a wholesome ending where she is pregnant with conners kid or a corrupted ending where she is pregnant on some other dudes path.

The game takes place over a few days, maybe a month total when the game is finished. It would need a jump in time to see the belly growth, otherwise it's useless to mention it
