It's just said for talking because if it were for the stoper to answer the members of this typical it would just be to make more excuses and talk about even more delays in the game so yes it's better for him to stay silent it's much better that way. than giving false hopes and teasing us like you already said..

What if the real stoper died a while ago and now somebody took his account and is making money with delayed updates wich will never appear?

Look at the quality of this game is almost perfect it has its problems like all VN games but we can't deny that this is one of the best female protagonist games I hope to see new scenes soon to compete with the ones we already have damn we want our blonde Jess having fun
