It is HIGHLY implied he is. The vigilante appeared a month ago, Conner "just came back" from war. As you told, he is late at night AND we hear about the vigilante next mornings... I updated the BETA and made the post available to $10 patrons. I outright disabled the ending, because I want to change it. And the sex animation is not yet rendered. Save after the dinner with the neighbors, if you want, and in two days you'll be able to play the update properly.
