Hi, fellas. How's the new year treating you?
I'm still working on the last scene of the update. There are still quite a few renders to make, as well as animations (and those render painfully slow). You can expect a release by January 15th.
That being said, there will be no Apocalypse Chronicles release this month. With the delay of the update, there's just no time to work on it. Sorry to those who were expecting it.
I was also wondering if you are interested in seeing some details of the work process on the game's visuals. Nothing complex, since the whole thing is not that complex to begin with. Just a basic overview of the workflow, with some examples and whatnot. Let me know.
Have fun and thanks for the support.
p.s. The image above is from ZBrush, the program I use to fix issue with the characters and their clothes.

i'm sure we won't play as conner, but i would really surprise me if sighing and drooling Laura won't have the chance to get a piece of connerI would like to play as Conner and seduce Jessica family.

And there you go, the reason that this game takes so long to make and why it looks so good...only someone that's dedicated would take the time to add those extra details through a program like Zbrush.
Too bad that no one here seems to know that he is probably one of the 2-3 other Devs who do this out of the 100+ games out there..take a good look and remember how someone genuinely interested in his work looks like, yet games like these seem to be overtaken by mediocre garbage that as long as they have the "incest" tag and some edgy teen as MC, people are willing to throw $25-40 a month as if it's the cure for cancer.

Agreed completely. The sad reality is the fact that this dev gets paid less compared to WAY worse quality games.
