Yes, I swear that when I started playing the game I noticed the same thing and I thought that the cheating would come with the neighbouring couple but the game went the other way.

1) First off, I didn't say she feels like he's changed. I said she feels they're drifting apart since he returned, which she has said herself in the game (I can't remember how explicitly she says it though). Time apart can do that, and it's not always automatic that you'll get back that closeness you might have had before. And sure people break up because one (or both) of them changed, that happens all the time...I know u are the devil advocate!

Yes to worth playing, but if you're only looking at NTR and sharing aspects, I would say probably not. It's a female-protagonist game, so you're not getting NTR unless someone is looking to steal her partner (and to be fair, there's a possibility coming there, I guess). Instead, it's cheating, of which there are plenty of opportunities. Sharing is similar, there isn't really anything in the normal sense - there are some threesomes, and interactions with a swinging couple, but usually when talk is of sharing in these games, it would be the MC sharing his partner with other men, and that doesn't happen here (only having threesomes with the FMC, her partner and another woman).
