not that i think so lol if they can make a naruto game of this caliber then a one piece game is not hard or too much work

Considering how big one piece is rn, I'd probably say there will be at least double the female characters that are in this game.
I think, maybe in the ark3 ending or close to the ending yes, but it is up to the dev.
Wasn't there pregnancy at the very start of game's inctroduction? Kunoichis with pregnant bellies. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If I remember right(it's been awhile since I've played this part), if you choose to settle down at the end of the first arc you could end up with some/all of the girls pregnant
