Question for creator: saw on your patreon that you had finished Tsunade's final scene for arc 1. Does this mean that we will be able to reach level 5 with her in the next update?

Oh, no, it doesn't seem to wear off, but it won't start to affect the subject until a certain amount is given, which effectively means the same as not giving it. The problem isn't that it won't accumulate, it's that there needs to be enough accumulated on the very first attempt that she won't kill the MC as soon as he's done, which Tsunade would have done if even a little less had been poured into her, she definitely seemed to be right on that threshold. Example, the other four were put into a trance the first time because there was enough poured in to subdue them completely, but the same cannot be said of Tsunade. This threshold is different based on the subject's will, the strongest by will being Tsunade for the main girls and Anko for the side girls. Kaguya is most likely stronger willed than those two, so more chakra is required. This presents two distinct issues. There's the most basic issue in the Naruto universe, the amount of chakra one shinobi can have at any one time, which may or may not be enough to subdue Kaguya at least to the 'openly hostile, but unable to act on it' state that Tsunade was put into. There is also the strength of her will, which will determine how much of the MC's chakra stores have to be exhausted to pour that much into her and how much it will take for that state to be triggered. If either her will is too strong or the MC doesn't have the chakra reserves, game over. The MC won't get a chance to pour a second batch of chakra into Kaguya unless he can pour enough in to get her over that threshold because that threshold will determine if the MC will be able to live long enough to take a second shot. As far as her noticing the chakra, she wouldn't as long as enough is poured into her that she is completely subdued into a trance state like the first four main girls. She would, however, notice once the MC snaps her out of the trance, like the first four girls did, or if only enough chakra was used to keep her from killing the MC, like Tsunade.
I recently started watching Naruto so how far do I need to watch before playing this game, I don't want to be spoiled by the game?
Hmm, it's a parody so don't really know... This one should be before shippuden or whatever it's called, and the next segments (total of 4, IIRC) should be: some time after Ship started, near the end-ish, then Boruto era (hopefully with a time skip, so those characters are older -- People complained about the character's current look, so would likely do the same).

i highly doubt naruto or them will ever make an appearance in the game, especially for a reason like that since its not that kinda game

I'll be honest, to me this is definitely a game for people who have nostalgia for the series. People who maybe remember being attracted to the Naruto girls when the series first started airing.
That said, even if you've never seen the series, you won't really miss anything. The opening sequence does a pretty good job explaining things, and none of the main characters/events are present. It really is just basic "find girl, woo (control) girl, fuck girl" type of game with a Naruto skin. For now, at least.

I don't think there will be the death of some characters as they will be essential for the birth of Sarada and the other protagonists of Boruto I just hope the author doesn't take away the possibility of getting Hinata, Sakura, Tenten, Ino and Tsunade pregnant would be a shame.

iirc it was mentioned at some point, i forgot where but it mighta been on the discord for it, that your character wouldnt directly affect the timeline meaning as you said you wont kill actual characters and anything that needs to happen for the timeline will still happen. i assume this also means the girls will still marry the people they do in the show in order to have their kids but itll just be a front and theyll still be your girls. also i do believe it was mentioned bein able to impregnate them will come in later, i assume during the shippuden stuff at some point so that their older for it
