Unless you count the MC cucking the men that canonically would have been with the girls in your harem, no.
Supposedly there used to be NTR in the game/being developed via whoring out your girls, but a friend of the developer told him that it makes no sense to do that and risk them getting impregnated by other men when our goal is supposed to be to revive our clan, and he agreed and removed it.

Considering how big one piece is rn, I'd probably say there will be at least double the female characters that are in this game.

If I remember right(it's been awhile since I've played this part), if you choose to settle down at the end of the first arc you could end up with some/all of the girls pregnant
