do i need to download arc 1 separately or the latest ver allows me to play all arc in one place ?

Seriously? It is written out in bold orange letters in the first post: Each arc is a separate independent game, no combining needed.
Meaning that you need to download arc 1 and 2 if you want to play them, but you can play arc 3 without having done it, as they all act as separate games.

I really want to know, when will the story about the rogue ninja and Saru continue. It's cool to see all the characters from Arc 2 again (only 2 left), but how the plan goes now that mc has his own village is the real reason I am still playing this game.

To recruit Tayuya you must go to the office and "send the girls to look for points of interest", you must do this several times until they find Tayuya's remains.
Its one of those never ending games. Not a fan of mindcontrol so i just stay away from this game. Just randomly checked it out this time because I had nothing better to do.
