This is such a damn good game! The grind wasn't bad, plus the reward for slowly corrupting her is so satisfying. Not to mention the game mechanics had such a huge diversity!

There's a setting that makes her belly bloat after completing the game once. That's the only pregnancy stuff in the game.

I'm not sure what MUI is but it is a false positive. You can alternatively apply the diff attached to my original comment (either by hand or with a tool) to the original plugin file.

I think that's what her "sensitivity" stat is for. For the first few days, you'll just need to raise it up.

I have reapplied the patch, but doesn't work, neither with joiplay nor maldives.

Where I live, people sometimes play games on smartphones when going to or from work. Because commute times are long.
But mostly, people play on some kind of PC.
I don't think anybody would play this game in a crowded bus. So I have no idea why people ask for smartphone version.

I don't think so. PC offers more in terms of variety of game engines which is used to create games. In ero games, there isn't a lot of benefit for people to port games into smartphones too if a lot of people already has a PC. I notice that mobile ero games are rather short than PC ero games too.
