It all depends on the path you take. You can choose a path where he's free, or a path where he's forced to do more and faster (e.g.: bimbo path), or a path where he forces someone else to be feminized (e.g.: Jack path).
In any case, from the very start of the game, the MC wants to be feminized. So, if you're looking for a game where, although he absolutely wants to remain a man, the MC is sissified against his will, this won't be it.
