How do you even unlock Story mode 3 in the new game? I have gotten mode 2 fine but no matter how I beat hger in mode 1, I never get mode 3. Either I get mode 2 (rape) or I get nothing (no rape). Is my version just bugged?

In the readme files there is a full walktrough of the game. I posted a translation of it in the thread.
Checked what you posted, that is not my issue. I don't want to know how to get the endings, I want to know how I can get to Story Mode 3.

I need help. I turn on MGBuster.exe. Then i proceed go to Chrome to open the Guide. And the game became not Responding. I closed the game and re-opened it and it turned into this. Probably my Computer problem but any suggestion to fix this ? I cant Restore the Unity game

I'm pretty sure if you tralsate the "readme" files that comes with the game, it will also tell you how to unlock story mode 2 and 3.
Anyone have the Miyui Neighbor Mod APK File? I checked the usual link, there's nothing in the android file.

Don't think so. The creator of the APKs "Cyber Eclipse" stopped working on them after a few incident & now he has even deleted his online accounts. And there was someone else that did a few edits on Cyber's APKs & also ported the DemonLord Remake but hasn't mentioned of anything since.
Okay, finally got it. Still haven't found where exactly you had posted the translated readme file, only the excerpt about the endings but I tried every possible combination of dialog choice until it finally unlocked.

I hope that it won't take too long until someone releases a translation to 27) Magical Girl Buster - Reinforcements, I wonder what the story is on that game, my only guess is that its a sequel to 16) Magical Girl Buster, where they have noticed that Mia (the girl from the first Magical Girl Buster game) hasn't come back yet, so they sent reinforcements
Put the BepInEx folder in the same folder as MGBuster.exe
If you do that, you'll now have BepInEx, MGBuster_Data, and MonoBleedingEdge as the other folders in the same level as MGBuster.exe

That sucks, I was hoping for a JSK Cinematic Universe where we get a JSK cameo at the end of every game.
For some reason Cornered by cheeky devil only gives me with screen on the H-scenes
