I tested this and it and each round ended with the aphrodisiac cowgirl, choosing the first then second option.

Remember: you should press "cum" when she at maximum pleasure level every time. That means "fuck her till she stops saying new phrases", not "use 4 aphrodisiacs every time".
I wait until the dialogue stops and she gives red text liek the instructions said. it did not change anything, it was still the rape or rape pregnant ends.
as in I used 4 aphrodisiacs, brought her to the ground, went through all her dialogue, waited for the sound cue, then cummed.
I use at least 4 in the last round every time, I make sure she gives the red text signifying her cumming, and I have picked various mixtures in the dialogue. Sometimes I let her reverse rape, sometimes I deplete her health before she attacks, sometimes I block and try after.

Oh, I finally understand what you're doing wrong. Why did you decide that you definitely need to have vaginal sex with her every round? For the Lewd End you should make her cum 3 times in 2-2, not both of you.

what do you mean? I have had the reverse rape, the sleep and captures, and the normal defeat, but i couldnt get it. The instructions I have found everywhere are super unclear.

I mean that you shouldn't cum in her more than 2 (or even 1) times (because it's just the Rape/Bad End). But, you should make her cum at least 3 times. Reverse rape (except for facesitting and cowgirl) obviously doesn't make her cum, and all "vagina-not-included" actions like blowjob/paizuri also. It's too hard to get it?
ok, the clarification of not cumming in her is the thing I havent seen ANYWHERE. I always saw things that said 4 aphrodisiacs to make her fall to the ground and beating her before or not beating her before she does it.

I'll assume you're talking about the 1st. Magic Girl Buster (Flash based) JSK game and the end in question is the "Tool End" where the player becomes a slave/subordinate to Magic Girl (Alpha personality).
1st. The girl has to be virgin, ie. you'll have to beat Story Mode 1 without any lewd action taken and play the associated follow up story mode (I think it is Story Mode 2).
2nd. you have to make the girl assault you in 3 (three) different ways:
- maturbation (requires 1 aphro*),
- blowjob (requires 2 aphro*) and,
- facesit (requires 3 apho*).
Notice you'll need at least 6 (six) aphrodisiacs.
Again to get the "Tool End" in the first Magic Girl Buster (Flash based) JSK game the girl has to be virgin.

I figured it out, and I was on the rigth track before you got involved
why does everyone assume i am going for the tool ending even when i clarify that isnt what i am going for?

I see, my apologies. Good you've figured it out.
By the way, to get the lewd end, you'll have to take the tool end to the extreme:
1. you'll have to start the story mode where MG-Alpha is virgin;
2. you'll have to make her assault you in all 4-ways (masturbation, blowjob, face sit and cowgirl).
Note 1: You'll need 10 (ten) aphrodisiacs to do that.
Note 2: for masturbation, face sit and cowgirl, you'll have to make sure she orgasms.
3. In between each round, you'll have to pick the options not related to pregnancy.
4. Finally, you'll have to win all three rounds (the cowgirl assault count as MC's victory) raping and making sure she orgasms in all of them.
Tip: The girl shows a bright red face when she's at max pleasure, that means she'll orgasm when MC does.
