I don't think this artist renders videos in 4k, pics yes, but this video straight from tier 3 archive, only prime sets are in tier 4, no additional quality

I saw this post on kemomo and thought it was the animation too but maybe it's just the pics then ok

I did my thing again, keeping just the best videos (imo) and interpolating and reencoding them (60FPS, AV1, 1080p) and normalizing and renaming them all.
This results in 65 video files of about 370 MiB.
