I would second this. The art style and themes are incredibly similar which could simply be a coincidence. However, given that NotAvailableXXX started uploading images around the time that JoJozz announced the end Juno's Task and that NotAvailableXXX is currently making a comic that is of similar style to JoJozz, I do believe that there is enough there to suggest that it is a new account.

To be clear, I do not see anything wrong with this. The pressure of making a game can be overwhelming so making renders whenever you want is something that is much easier. Not to mention that the comic making that NotAvailableXXX is making can be made at a much easier pace than a game. If they are the same person and simply wanted to leave Juno's Task behind then that is okay.

Or maybe I'm just delusional.
