yes, but you need to have at least Persuasion 1 and Ryder score 51. Also, you'll lose 20 Ryder points.
(if you don't have Ryder > 50 you'll have the solo scene with Griff, and Ryder score will decrease only by 10 points)

there's no specific file, I just open the script of a chapter to see the consequences of a decision

every different number after the 1. is a new chapter; different versions of the same chapter (.1, .2 etc) are fixes of that chapter. Standard version naming.
