Get into Olivia's good graces, and when visiting her you should get a "Talk about Jane" or something similar, do that a couple days (I always did in a row, probably not necessary) and you should be as in as your stats allow.
I got it, you cannot do the Jane/Amber and Oliver/Amber on the same run

Excellent game. One thing I struggled with was unlocking Natasha and Ms. Pearl threesome. Apparently the blackmail of the teacher should be for sex, NOT for money.
I wonder what direction the author is taking their game in, would there ever be any changes in real life? Would we see any characters there?

Yeah, I'd like to see IRL content one day, too. Maybe make the requirements for it very high, so you have to have gone through the simulations for self improvement several times. Easy way to add a whole new stable of girls to play with. Though I'd recommend using porn girls with a library of content to pull from, so you don't end up seeing like two or three different girls in scenes with the same girl. I'd recommend Mia Malkova as she seems to have a lot of PoV stuff, but other than that I'd suggest Melody Marks or Lily Rader for cute little blondes, or Hitomi Tanaka if you want an asian milf, as personal favorites. Riley Reid is in just about every 'realporn' game so I'd avoid her, but I can see why she's used; cute and lots of content to draw from.

Thanks for your feedback, I'm not sure if you're referring to an actress in particular, but generally speaking, every character in the game only draws from a single one (even "pre" and "post" Susan are the same one few years later). The only exception are a couple of threesome cumshots where i wanted to give more than one option to "finish" and have used a similar but different without showing the face.

You need to buy the upgrade with exp before the start of a new run, then fuck Carol. Then go visit Natasha. Her stats may or may not be relevant but it probably depends on attraction.
Browser cache. Unless you save to disk yourself.
It shouldn't take that many iterations. First time around you need to work on stamina and hitting milestones with the easier girls, starting with Susan and Rose. Stalking on instatoik and then blackmailing Ms Pearl will give you a good sum of cash so you don't have to waste stamina on working. You definitely want to be hitting on several girls a day once you have the energy and you've worked out which ones are more approachable. Take note of which actions are relatively short and don't cost so much energy but build love or sex skills and you can collect a bunch of girlfriends and develop solid skills for your next run.
Once you have got the hang of things progress really accellerates. Having played an eariier version before, on a rerun I unlocked the bulk of achievements by the end of the third simulation run. Without the use of cheat codes or buying the really expensive items in the Mall. In fact, after a slow first couple of runs, the third almost felt too easy. The fourth run is for picking off the achievements I couldn't fit into 3rd. After that it's just going to be restarts to get the lose virginity achievements for the remaining girls and a complete restart to get the angry Natasha achievement. Best to get that one very early before your stats make her like you right away.

Step 1 is to make sure you meet natasha the first day and rose(cafeteriea, 7pm). Step 2 is to ensure to increase your intelligence and go to the library to make it go up faster. Ensure you have 10 or more money and eventually natasha should go and meet you like 4 ish days latter(reject her), get natasha to hate you early on because latter on it is really annoying to do so. You want to get instatok on melanie as early as possible so you get the bonuses associated with fighting tyler and dealing with melanie sooner rather than later. For your first playthrough lose your virginity to Rose or Susan ideally.
