how did this get 4.5 stars???

there are several issues with the dialogue: "don't talk to me unless you want being made fun of"

many terrible attempts at photoshop or ai: natasha's cross eyed pic AND her doorstand pic, susan's oversized head that doesn't fit her body on some random stock image, melanie's doorstand pic. actual quote from developer notes, "AI use is mostly for editing flavor/backgrounds, Actual content is not AI-CG". that's a lie.

poor image selection: carol's full body pic is NOT the same actress as her chat bubble. all of susan's images seem to be split between 2-3 different actresses (edit: ok nvm there's a plot reason for the switch) , a random txt file in rose's folder named "katie kush - jewelz blu" where neither actress matches rose.

the typos: how is there such a glaring typo in the most basic part of the end simulation screen? 4 - 14 = 18? 2 - 12 = 14? it's not a big deal, but such an obvious mistake shows there's no attempt at qa.

the grind doesn't seem too bad, and i do like the stat calculation, but damn, the rest of it needs a LOT of work. if this was v0.02, i'd give it a pass, but we're on v0.64...

edit: so i finished the content. the game is enjoyable. but still not worthy of 4.5 stars due to all the typos, bad pictures, etc. if that was fixed, i'd definitely give it 5/5

I believe she's the girl you meet having lunch with Carol. You'll need to start hanging out with Carol and then check the cafeteria at lunch. You'll need a high popularity to make a good first impression on her.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! you're definitely right about a few things.

When i started the game, I tried to rely way more on the use of AI for editing and making "unique pics", but the results were honestly pretty bad, so I gradually stopped using that almost entirely.

I wasted a lot of hours and kinda gave up on it, I wouldn't consider that to be neither a sizeable or important part of the content, but i get that they are annoying and a bit out of place. I'll probably just replace them at some point, but to be fair nobody really seemed to mind those.

I kinda forgot the txt in that folder, they are the actresses that had a threesome with her (susan, francine)

All Susan material is only from a single one, which at some point kinda changed her appearance. There are a couple bad AI edits, I didn't paste the face, I tried to replace the dress but that probably messed up proportions, I don't have a very good eye for that. But it's not from multiple, it's always her.

The - isn't a minus sign, it's just a dash to separate from the rest of the calculation , which is hidden behind a clickable link to avoid a massive wall of text.

I'm happy though that in the end you kinda ended up liking the game, It was my very first attempt at developing a game, and the stuff I did in the beginning is lower quality compared to the one I added recently, in hindsight starting with a game this big probably wasn't the smartest idea,but it's too late now

I apologize for the messy stuff left behind, I'm trying to split my efforts between rewriting/fixing old stuff and making new content. But to be honest, everyone always seem to appreciate the new content more.

The portraits definitely fall in the stuff that needs to be redone, I just never gave them priority, but it'll try to fix most of them in the next few updates.

i'd agree with the latter part of that, new content is always better, but first impressions are important as well. some might get that bad first impression and decide to give up, but i pushed through cuz i'm stubborn and ended up enjoying it. that'll be a hard decision you'll have to make as dev, whether to spend that time improving earlier parts of the game or not.

also in regards to bad dialogue, i didn't notice it as much in later parts. the example i used was glaring since it was like one of the very first lines we see, which again might harm first impressions.

First image has background-only AI edits
Second image has AI "improvements" which ended up changing the face way more what was probably acceptable, not having a good eye for it didn't help.

I did decide to improve early-made things. The struggle is just balancing it, to still give a considerable amount of effort to new content.
The last few updates I tried to mostly rework the gameplay mechanics to make it less mindless and a bit more meaningful and rewarding.

Dialogue is overall not a strong suit of mine, and reading so many times those early sections during re-testing every patch kinda made my mind numb to noticing suboptimal parts.

I do have a grammar and a suggestion channel on Discord, so feel free to paste anything that seems bad or wrong there


Btw, you're not alone in preferring susan1 to susan2 , but I can confirm it's the same Katie Kush.

I prefer 2, but apparently my tastes are less common than I expected

that's the reason why I later added content than you can achieve later which allow you to have sex with her before the change. (it's rare content anyway, all the threesomes are in the new "style")

What impressed you? Great gameplay. It's a real game, not VN or (God forbid) KN. Discovered the game just recently - after the latest update appeared here. Will now keep an eye out for updates.

You might think differently if you were married. Oh how the spouse looks great and hot at night after a shower, a great meal, and all relaxed. Then look at them in the morning or right after a grueling day at work when all dirty and grumpy wanting to destroy the world and blame you for it. So yes, the same person can look and behave very differently at different times. Get used to it.

Yes you copy and paste in the console and hit enter. Ten move to a different passage in game for everything to render again. If done correctly then it should work. Note that if you click back button on the sidebar then you will need to redo the console thing again

idk why you're sounding so condescending, have you even looked at the comparison pic i shared? their eyes are completely different shapes, and in the 2nd pic she looks half asian. lotrum even acknowledges she was heavily edited by ai, so it's not like i'm crazy for asking.

In the two carol pics, look at the hair color and texures. Look at the facial skin tones and and shapes of the jaw, throat, ears, etc. Right away I and others could tell it's the same woman because we know what to look for. I was not trying to be condescending. Yes I know how pictures can make someone look different. Police photos often make everyone look like a criminal. And photos from the DMV often make people look like lunatics, homeless persons, or worse. I was trying politely and jokingly to have you look at more than just overall appearance in the photos. Sorry, you got offended. It was not my intention.
