I don't know about similar but I came across My college memories almost at the same time as this game. I won't say that all the heroines have figures like here but the game definitely deserves attention and for me personally one of the best.

The first village where the game starts, when you leave it, go immediately to the right side.

Didn't drive the guards out of the city. You go to the bathhouse yourself, there's an item in the guard's things. Then to the guild on the 2nd floor. Then you open the house with the key and the code is 731. You go past the guards to the northeast. Then there will be goblins and a quest to find a goblin in the forest.

you just need to open the game in any text extractor search for every instance of "Stepmother" and just remove the "step" from the name, its really that easy
