Alright just finished the game, and wanted to give some tips/hints. I don't think that a walkthrough is needed. The flow of the game is pretty straight forward, and you just need to act adventurous, meaning be curious, and don't worry much if you can't get through, just try other areas first. you need certain items to progress in the game, so try to explore the dungeons in order I>II>III>IV>V, and just like that you should be able to beat the game without any hiccups. This game just gives new definition to the map, you certainly feel the need to check it often, as certain areas become too complex to memorize, so use it, as you feel. Unfortunately the game does not have too much CG variations, and the tags of CG genre are all about the same, only the monsters change. The animations are pretty smooth though. About the dynamics, the controllers/buttons take some time to get used to, otherwise the mechanics are pretty dope. you won't be using magic much in this game, maybe only the healing spell come in handy, and try to upgrade your HP and Strength. You need to use both melee weapon and shield properly, especially as you explore the game further, the enemies get stronger too, so you need a little bit of timing and skill, other than that nothing to worry about. Also careful with your recourses, do not use them them to upgrade just any weapon that you come across, here are some recommendations on shields and weapons to invest into, Shields: Steel Shield or Round Shield (same stats), Weapons: Steel Sword> Warrior's Sword>Sabre>Hammer. I think the weapons can be controversial, so please note that, the amount of stamina consumption is different on every weapon, additionally as most of enemies just come at you, the long weapons don't make much of difference, so the ranking of weapons is based on efficiency (stamina consumption to output damage). Try to kill as many enemies as possible, no amount of acquired XP is enough, you always need more. By the way, the game can end after dungeon III by doing the castle mission, and killing the king. This allows you to unlock all CGs and the rest of the game's features. After ending the game, try to continue the game from the start a little bit more, until you can save the progress into a different save slot, then reload the game from previous save, before killing the monster king, and you can go back outside to explore rest of the dungeons IV, and V. i think the game is underrated, and could have more support for new animations.
An update, while exploring new areas, some new weapons and shield are discovered. Best shields: Knight shield>sun shield>Steel Shield or Round Shield. Note that, sun shield creates a light hallo, which comes handy when you need some light source, so instead of using Torch as a weapon you can use Sun shield. For weapons, basically, Ball and Chain has the highest base damage, however it consumes lots of stamina, and it's slow, very slow, but the range is pretty high. there are some other weapons too, but long story short, Strength Axe has the highest efficiency. so may wanna invest on that.

Just sharing the save file here. Use save slot 5 for original story before the end, and Save slot 4 for new plus game.

yes, unfortunately there is no option for fps, but you can always lock the program fps externally through your OS. It's a pain, but no other way around it.
