Well, at least this game is NOT made 'from zero'.
The creator takes advantage of many sources from official DB games or animations.
Also he uses very many RPGM scripts written by other programmers meaninglessly.

seems like he is finishing up the missing art and naughty scenes in the desperate housewife quest and adding the missing stuff to the wedding quest which are the 2 big quest lines in the game already.
