Yeah I dunno, my system has been set to Japanese locale for a while now but I'm still getting the crashes. The odd bit is that it doesn't happen until I apply the English patch.

If I run it without patching to English, it plays fine, just with a bunch of gibberish for text.

Also, trying to run via Age Patch.exe gives me an error:
"Error [JPGameRun 0.1, Program by Linser]
DetourCreateProcessWithDII failed: 740"

Not sure what that means.

If you're running Japanese locale and the fonts exist you wouldn't have gibberish for text in the unpatched version right? You might be missing MS Gothic, Mincho or something? Just in case there's an option I enabled called "Japanese Supplemental fonts" that supposedly installs a bunch of fonts on Win 10.

If you go Apps & features -> Optional features -> Add a feature
There is an option to install Japanese Supplemental Fonts which seems to cover a whole swath of fonts, I'd be curious about the result then.

Yeah, I'm downloading the Japanese Language Pack now actually, so I'm going to see if that makes a difference, since someone else earlier in the thread mentioned it worked for them and they had that.

Yeah I thought most people knew this but when you play an Japanese game like this you always have to change your system locale to Japan or they will not work.

I mostly play Eushully games for their interesting gameplay. I really like their games and I like that they have porn.

The CG's are just usually too bland for me. They are not badly drawn or anything... they just don't seem that erotic to me. The characters are not exactly depicted as drowning in lust or going wild at each other like animals. Despite what the texts are saying so in walls of written details. That's how they feel to me at least. It feels more like they asked the artist(s), to draw a parody of the stereotype of hentai.

I'm not hating on Eushully, I rather like the company and they make good games in my opinion. The porn just feels secondary and that's not always a bad thing. I look forward to giving this game a try and thank you very much for the share.

Yeah, this is needed in order for it to work properly. Someone should add it to the OP.

Also, it's a Eushully game, so i expect it to be pure-vanilla as always or with avoidable-rape

Amayui Castle Meister is about 60% translated and plays exactly like Kamidori, so you can look forward to that at least.

The battles take place simmilar to games like wild arms fx, ff tactics (aka char sprites attacking each other)
it does have some interesting features like god medallions which boost ur skills, actual special rewards for 1st time clearing maps / 100% them and "field obstacles" which u need specific medallion skills to destroy (so u may have to go back to older fields to fully clear them later on).

Some of the people who played it say its the "worst" of the eushully games mostly because the gameplay takes a very diferent turn from the usual eushully way in general.
