I just checked the file, just rest until night and click on Zoe's bedroom door. Unlocked instantly for me.

you have to do vanessa event after hitting 55k follower she contact you in the morning(dont remember the day)and told you about her friend veronica after you unlock it cause she work there

Yes, there are animations! Especially for the sex scenes. Did you mute your game? That could be a reason why they aren't playing.
