As far as I remember, Kansen-1 comes first, followed by 2, 4, 3, 5 and the recently released "Kansen Reunion". This is strictly chronological order in the game series.

Kansen 4 actually takes place at the same time/during Kansen 1, so the order would be 1,4,2,3 and then 5.
