Maviarab makes a good point. I can say that there has been a lot of speculation in this thread (as well as Tess's discord) about what each state of the world means, but so far, yes, that's about right. But it's all inferences based on what we see here in this list.
This plaque is relevant to the Dom route. The only thing in it that is not relevant is Angelica's T2, since Tess upgraded her status to T1 by numerous requests from the players.

Yes you can...her path is going to be very long and complicated though and not easy to get. Very specific conditions will need to be met.
Honestly, getting 5 evil points up to Ch5 is incredibly simple. Easiest way is be an ass to Zach heh...but plenty of opportunities....just pick your flavour I guess like any good paragade run (one of the best ways is take Pat's deal...fuck her on the stairs...evil points a plenty there for you for no cost to anyone and you get a sex scene and in Pat's good graces...win/win). Least is only a sexual sub...not a downtrodden abused plaything (though she does try...you can steer her to a more romantic approach though). Plus...you get Pat on that route too...and Alyssia...and god knows who else Alessa might tell lmaohahahaha
If Kane is a sub by the end of the game, it's likely because the player wants Kane to be a sub no need for redemption.
