Honestly, her treatment of the prisoner that beat us was one of the reasons I stuck with the game to begin with. I really like that Tess isn't afraid to put somewhat disturbing scenes into the game, even at the potential cost of alienating some people.

Yes, she did it in a very clever way, there is censorship because we don't see a drop of blood, but the dialogues and the disturbing music (especially the one in the main menu
) put you right in the atmosphere.

But in general, I agree, Tess has not been seen so far in a tendency to bloody effects and mostly preferred psychological effects, which can impress much more..It's enough to remember the same scene on Juliette's yacht (Dom route).
BTW, I can't say I'm very happy about the presence of a guillotine stained with someone's fresh blood, which has already been glimpsed several times in the new screenshots of Dom from pt2..Sure, maybe it's just for entourage and atmosphere, but not a fact. Especially when Juliette is present in the same room.
