I'm on my 3rd playthrough with both Kane and Olivia leaning somewhat towards good, but basically neutral. I've played Kane as a sub/slave K3/2 and a K6 Dom. I've only played Olivia as an evil Dom, because I want her to be the total opposite of her appearance.
I believe the crashing and burning on some or all of the players will obviously be determined by the alignment of Olivia. Kane, also, but I'm not sure as to what extent.

I prefer evil dom Olivia and good sub Kane, but I've tried other paths like good dom for both and they were a lot more fun than I expected. I recommend trying something different for sure. You may be right about the moral compass of Olivia being key to who crashes and burns. If she's running things, how she runs things may piss off some of the other characters. A good Olivia may upset different people to an evil one for example. Either way, some of them are more than ruthless or willful enough to mount an extreme response. This is all conjecture of course. Only Tess knows for sure!
Ah yes, the warning from GQ is almost certainly what has me thinking paranoid thoughts about Delilah and her clan. But is it paranoia when they really are out to get you?

I assume an evil dom Kane that takes control would get to do anything he likes to anyone in his power. Now how many end up in his power is another question as a Karlsson sister would not be a soft target. There are of course plenty of lesser characters and underlings to torment. I do love a 'burn it all down' ending as a possibility, but I have no clue if that's part of Tess's thinking or not.
IIRC Tess said going forward that dom Kane would have more choices as it makes sense that he has more say in how things unfold compared to sub Kane where others decide more things for him. Or something like that!
