Is there some way to change characters names during game? 'cause they aren't visible in 0.6.2 (maybe because they was in Cyrillic and 0.6.2 I've started is eng).

You need to modify the game a bit to do this.

Open the 00console.rpy file in the game directory found at Karsson's Gambit\renpy\common\00console.rpy and change the line config.console = False to config.console = True.
This enables the Renpy console.

Now open the game and load your save. Press Shift + O to open the console.
The name for the male MC is stored in pname, the male friend's name in pname2, the female MC's name in pname3 and the brother's name in pname4.
The MC's last name is stored in pname_f.

So to change the name of your male MC or any other of these characters type any of the variable names equals new name in quotations, e.g.
pname = 'Kane'

And another question: does 0.6 bring some retrospective changes in previous chapters? Should I start a new game?)

I think Dom is nr 2 in regards to sanity after Vic so i feel good having sponsorships with both of them And since those 2 are working together under the radar they are my choices

I agree with you about her sanity and I have one game (in 0.5.2 if I'm not mistaken) where my MC Dom had both Dominique and Veronica as sponsors. I don't even know how it happened that in 0.6.2 Dominique stopped being a sponsor and only Veronica was left. I guess I have to replay the game again and see where I went wrong.

Yeah, I play good dom. We see a little under her surface here as well and she has a mean streak for sure.

Finally found the time to play the game.

In the very first scene Alexander tells ????? that if she's not worthy, he'd rather his empire fall apart. Then he says ?????'s sisters have been trained well too and he's giving them their chance as well.

Did he mean to say that his preferred order is ????? -> destruction -> other sisters, or ????? -> other sisters -> destruction?

The only way to be on Alessandra love-relationship is to be a dom (so > to K4) and to show her submissiveness.

Submission isn't required. The MC can be fully dominant. The romance with a good dom MC will take the longest to get up off the ground though and isn't in the game yet. Alessandra is redeemable according to Tess, but Celeste probably isn't. So the potential harem route with both Alessandra and Celeste may be limited to evil doms.

If you play the evil dom route or at least encourage her to satisfy her own desires as a dom, you will discover why Dominique doesn't want the MC getting close to Kwame. Wow! The scene not only had the best visuals of Dominique in the update, but it also showed how really, really dark Dominique's dark side is. Poor Kwame is in for an extremely unpleasant and emotionally devastating surprise.

Yeah Sancho's mod is almost required here, there is a ton of choices where you can mess something up

I play exclusively with Sancho Mod. And not only because of the easy tracking of all paths, MC decisions and numerous stats and "flags", but also because English is not my native language and I translate Karlsson's Gambit (as well as other games) with special OCR software (Maverick OCR Helper) supporting DeepL translator. So for me the SanchoMod features are really indispensable - opaque text box and changing the original font to a more comfortable one, which is fully recognizable by this software.

Yes, Dominique humiliates the slaves who depend on her (as do almost all her sisters), but from what I've seen (via GoodDom and Evil Dom routes (ED -15 Good points/17 Evil Points)), I on the contrary saw her as having humanity and a certain empathy.

Suffice it to recall the old scene with Junko, when she begs Dominique on her knees to let her go for a few days to meet her father, but Dominika disagrees at first, and then suddenly offers to bring Junko's father right here, put him in a nice apartment and let Junko spend time with him paying all their expenses. After this generous offer, she sternly warns Junko that if her (Dominique's) kindness is accidentally discovered by members of the Karlsson Group Board, she will be forced to kill Junko's father at the very least.

Of course, I admit that this is just "contrived goodness" and that there could be something really dark underneath this layer of her, but so far I haven't seen it. Dominique is corrupt and vicious, like the other sisters, but I think she knows how to stop in time, without mutilating and killing her slaves/workers (e.g. in the scene in the mines in Ep6), as Juliette does.

On the other hand, if what you are alluding to (Dominika's handjob for Good/Evil Dom MC and her advice not to get too close to Kwame) is really intended to subtly punish and abuse Kwame, then Dominika has another dark side that we have yet to see (or not) in the future.

It depends on how you look at it. If from an optimist's point of view, such sponsorship (D V A) is definitely much better than (let's say) your MC were K2 and received (let's imagine it) sponsorship from Cynthia DeKock, her charmingly good daughter Nadia DeKock and the lovely Juliette Karlsson.

You need at least 5 evil points and dominiquestestpass to be true. The latter is attained by meeting with her in the 0.5 update and telling her not to worry so much about others and that there is nothing wrong with being more selfish and ruthless.

Well, I saw that. Thank you for the clue. This game continues to surprise me. It would seem that I've gone all the way with Dom routes, but no, there's always some choice in KG that will have far-reaching consequences. This game is truly magnificent.

As for that new scene with Dominique - I really liked it, the staging is excellent, the aesthetics are present, shot beautifully and tastefully. Dominique is hot as hell here. The only thing I don't quite agree with is the developer's warning that the choice of this scene is "too much" by the developer's own standards.(*warning* evil scene even hard working dev thinks so *warning*) Of course, everyone has different tastes and different preferences and for me personally is just a very hot scene with a medium level of BDSM exposure. I'm probably too pervy, sorry Tess, but years of watching kink.com and insex.com productions (not to mention the totally badass and perverted torture galaxy) have done their dirty work.

As for the inner turmoil and excitement, I was much more affected by the truly evil scene on Juliette's yacht and especially its finale. And that finale is probably exactly what I wouldn't want to see again. But it's a really tough and strong scene, and scenes like that should be in the game to show honestly and frankly all the things we should expect from Juliette (and the depth of perversity to which the human mind can reach).

I'm all in for Raven. Favorite character in the game in a game that is full of awesome characters. Really hope there can be a relationship with her like Junko. Honestly think it might be the best game on the site. Don't think any game has the variance in ways to play and outcomes from your choices. Every update gets better and better!

Juliette is still easily the most evil of the 4, revelling in the wanton murder of loyal servants and their suffering as they die. No doubt about that, but nothing evil Juliette does surprises me any more. Dominique's physical, but most especially her emotional sadism surprised me. At this point I'm not sure which Karlsson sister is the 2nd most evil. Alessandra is ahead of Dominique by my count only because of her great interest in Katsumi's game show where the losers will die. Veronica probably has killed more than Alessandra and Dominique put together, either in the name of science or security, but it's not clear if she enjoys that part of it the way Alessandra and Juliette have demonstrated. Veronica pretends to be entirely logical, but we know she feels conflicted like Dominique.
