No one is locked in yet anyway and only one 'romance' is actively ongoing from previous episodes.
As for gallery, I wouldn't get used to it if you using Sancho's as it won't be done for the next update.

Long term, unless Tess decides to implement one (not sure that's likely any time soon) then you could always try the Universal Gallery Unlocker but never used it myself so can't comment on how well it works with KG.
Mod made the game go a little haywire. I removed it. I only tried the "soft" version. On like an 11th playthrough I found another route I didnt even know existed. Good stuff.

As far as I remember, no route is really bugged. The only problem I remember is on sub side, if you choose Scarlett, when you meet Juliette it is impossible to stay at k4 cause the point totsl for evil points is too high, which tess said would be fixed at a later date, probably when she prepares for Steam. Other than that I don't think any route is bugged as far as I remember.
