K1 Yes, that’s pretty much death, but k2-4 will have the choice of joining their faction or not, so he wouldn’t really bet left to suffer

Somewhat...to an extent....yes...no. Getting yourself to K1 leaves Kane on a very thin and slippery tihghtrope and depending on prior choices/points/etc...then it may not be possible no.
All but 2 characters...can die and Kane isn't on that exclusive list.
So if I understand correctly, K1 Kane will definitely die, ergo there is no outsider ending. Or K1 Kane can survive (saved by his family)

You're asking questions and trying to confirm something only Tess knows....and will not tell anyone.
All we do know, is yes he is able to die if you make the right/wrong decisions, have right/wrong flags set to true or the right/wrong number of points with someone (or however Tess decides to implement it). Or yes he can survive, how...again..no one knows but it is ulikely to be by Cole as he does not care about Kane as much as Callista does.
Because for example in the walkthrough it was "K1 could be a dead end". From this, I concluded that even in the case of K1, we decide whether Kane survives to the end. (for example, others save him)

Being the first to reveal Kane's father to him will likely earn her more than enough understanding from Kane. I imagine most of his anger will be directed at Callista when he finds out, more so than at anybody who kept that secret. Though I wonder if Cassandra will try to use that information. Doubtful , cuz my Olivia has been hooking her up, but still something to consider

Well of course we decide. Whether we will know what we are deciding is another matter. Most likely yes he is cooked at K1 but there will be a way to save him. How, we...do...not...know. However, I would be very surprised if after a set sequence of events it then won't be completely out of our hands. Choices in KG do matter.

Honestly, I think Kane is more than protected by Callista and probably Veronica, where he won't die until the end of the game. Not to mention that his semen, which apparently can't impregnate anybody at the moment, is very very important to the Karlssons.

Well, to be fair, there's enough samples of it floating around and in Veronica's 'hands'....
However, after Kane's death, there are no more semen. The amount taken will run out.

Let's say the Karlsson Gambit is very good because there are an amazing number of choices. So far there has been no dead end. That's why it would be strange in the end if K1 Kane couldnt be saved at all.
If Kane is already unworthy and unable to live alone, his powerful family saves him.
