What relationship? Unless Netori with her friend Celeste and a potential threesome with them count as romance then yes.
The only way to be on Alessandra love-relationship is to be a dom (so > to K4) and to show her submissiveness.

Though she should be considered hot, I find her disgustingly ugly. If I had a choice to kill one character in this game, I'd choose her in a heartbeat.This game is on patreon, so it won't contain incest (and probably also no step-cest).
(The mc will probably have no real sex with Olivia.)
If the mc has (vaginal) sex with one of the Karlsson sisters, he is probably not a Karlsson himself.
If the mc has (vaginal) sex with one of the DeKocks, he is probably not a DeKock himself.
To allow the mc to have sex with almost every woman in the game is only possible if the mc is the son of an outsider (or the product of a genetical experiment by Alexander Karlsson with no "real biological" father.) (Imagine mc would be a member of both the Karlsson and DeKock families ruling out sex with every female member of theses families ... what a loss.)

In terms of love interests:
I believe dom revealing her true self to Kane is the start of the romantic side of that relationship where it goes from there is up to the player.
Same for alessandra.
Juliette is likely to broken for a relationship and Olivia's still being built up as a li as you cant just go from sister to love just like that. At least not realistically.

So by now we should all know who grymm is just by matching the character so thats a minor twist.
So does in game tess work for both the karlssons and the decocks or is she under contract to the karlssons only?
More spec, Id guess the person being woken up at the end would have to be klara since she was mentioned in the game and seeing a olivia twin seducing kane under the guise of being olivia would be interesting. And yes I realize she'll be older but let me have my dreams till the person is revealed doggonit.
Im assuming some kind of uprising will happen in the future which would explain all these points to seemingly insignificant slave characters.

In my main playthrough (Good Dom) I also opted for Veronica. But not for my own safety, but because she is probably the only one among her sisters who I could call relatively normal, who managed to keep her identity and not break under the pressure of her own father and under the temptations of unlimited power. In this crazy world, sometimes you want simple human normality. And when you consider that I love smart red-haired girls with freckles, all the stars aligned here.I feel good having both Dom and Vic as sponsors, makes me feel a little safer at least

And since those 2 are working together under the radar they are my choices Is there some way to change characters names during game? 'cause they aren't visible in 0.6.2 (maybe because they was in Cyrillic and 0.6.2 I've started is eng).
And another question: does 0.6 bring some retrospective changes in previous chapters? Should I start a new game?)

You need to modify the game a bit to do this.
Open the 00console.rpy file in the game directory found at
Karsson's Gambit\renpy\common\00console.rpy and change the line config.console = False to config.console = True.This enables the Renpy console.
Now open the game and load your save. Press
Shift + O to open the console.The name for the male MC is stored in
pname, the male friend's name in pname2, the female MC's name in pname3 and the brother's name in pname4.The MC's last name is stored in
pname_f.So to change the name of your male MC or any other of these characters type any of the variable names equals new name in quotations, e.g.
pname = 'Kane'Only typos IIRC.

I agree with you about her sanity and I have one game (in 0.5.2 if I'm not mistaken) where my MC Dom had both Dominique and Veronica as sponsors. I don't even know how it happened that in 0.6.2 Dominique stopped being a sponsor and only Veronica was left. Yeah Sancho's mod is almost required here, there is a ton of choices where you can mess something up
