It partly is good that the game takes this long to update. Gives dev lots of time to figure out and do things right and replaying it entirely won't be boring. Excited to see what we get!!

Well, it seems like if I want some maledom sex, then I can do with Dominique, Juli, Olivia Sub and even alesandra I think because her sex in netori scenes felt like she won't hesitate to see a man lead in sex scene although she is not interested in romance with Pure Dom.
So, all in all, If I want maledom sex, unlike it is not possible with Veronica. Veronica is only for vanilla gang and also, the expectations she have on Kane to "lead" are very softy equal leading actions I think. So, it's better I don't think of her as canon with Kane (although she is canon to survive anyway).

You may want to give more information about the error you are getting and what you were doing. Does this happen when extracting the files or when starting the game?

Corporate Development Memo 5 October 2025
Hi everyone!
First of all, I have decided to arrange a block of time for the game from roughly October 17th off that Friday all the way through the following Saturday, October 25th. I never want to give specific promises or hopes as I never know, but this is a sign that I feel like I am getting quite close to finalizing a Test Version update.
Please don't be annoyed or take it personal if I am pretty non-responsive during this time period -- I am seriously going to hunker down and mentally "bunker" myself so to speak. So I'll be in a mode that is a bit less engaged outside of main focus issues.
For the week, I mixed some work and started editing some as well since I felt a little better mixing it up and was feeling a bit burnt out just writing (even had writer's block this weekend which for me is super rare but it does happen). So this is what I did this week, trying to be pretty accurate about the overall work:
112 renders completed, total of roughly 3,652 renders overall. The last sub scene for the Test Version is almost done but keep in mind I am adding one more sub scene from
Test --> Final too. After this scene, a big dom scene and that's basically it for "content complete" status.
Added nine animations in the Test Version and tested (will not likely put all animations in Test Version, but wanted to test).
Corrected roughly 40 renders (usually redo them and re-render again), all on the dom/K9 path. (I test K9 first because it has a few extra scenes, and I usually shift to secret sub next which has a lot of the same scenes on the "main dom" path but also its own scenes for that specific content).
Did editing runs and added music to roughly 75 percent of the entire dom/k9 path. Ran through three test runs of the k9/dom path (it is still missing one scene for the main dom path for content but tested everything else so far) and corrected dialogue/renders. This is a pretty good chunk of work actually and really helps me for later even though it might not seem obvious. I consider this work here better than doing 50+ renders for sure.
So the good thing about testing the "main dom path" is that there's a lot of repeat scenes when I say do the secret sub path so editing on each subsequent path gets faster/easier. By the time I am doing the sub path, I have already ran through the "main/all players often see" scenes too so I fly through those much faster, etc. There are also side flags like the B World State Path, revolution/fake revolution paths and others so I have to kind of "branch" test these as well which can be tricky to miss something. I tend to end up taking about 2/3rd or even a bit less of the time to edit the sub path (or dom if I do sub first) since some "main" branch scenes have already been edited.
I am desperately trying to finish the entire Final Version by a set date because I know after that specific day, my life is going to accelerate into a whirlwind of activity and excitement (and truthfully I bet some nervousness too!). I think I'll make it!
I'm in a really good place right now mentally and still feeling some crunch stress and had a little health thing but compared to my overall emotional day to day excitement... I'm really good! I'm so hopeful to get everyone the update out soon! You can see my dates up there as a hope maybe... hehe.

To be fair have you ever hang out with a genius? Being it woman or man, friend or partner, or even simply due to work relationships.
I'm not talking of boasting idiots who have money and connections and utilize them to make others do things for them, to then go on social media and boast about their invention and the future of mankind.
I'm talking about folks with actual "big brains", so much so that one can't avoid but noticing, well they note it too, they are "used" to be around folks who are not as smart as them and usually these interactions come across like.. well what Veronice does.
I'm not a total ignorant, but I'm not a genius either, had the luck to hang out for a bit with a genius type woman (via work), she absolutely wasn't arrogant in the classic sense, but that's the way she came off pretty much everytime whenever the topic was related to her fieldS of expertise (different story when talking about other stuff btw).
That's what happens with Veronica, she is extremely focused on a specific "topic" the rest is secondary, which means she doesn't dedicate too much attention and effort to it.
Karlsson's Gambit world is primarly a femdom world, what do you think is better to focus your energies on if you are a woman trying to save the world?
On trying NOT to be like pretty much every single other woman around? Why bother? It's easier (more efficient) to go with the flow and spend the extra energies on what one actually cares about.
The fact we can play as dom Kane, doesn't mean that everyone else around should be submissive, expecially folks like V. would completely destroy their character.
I do agree thou that I hope further romantic interactions with her could become a bit more romantic, thou I enjoyed the ones we got so far already.

Sure. Would like to add though that the company is specifically set up a certain way... Changing The Karlsson Group at this point would neither be easy nor quick and it's beyond Veronica's means. Cynthia, who not only hates Veronica but has also already stated her desire to take over The Karlsson Group would obviously strike immediately.
But, even without the threat of Cynthia and The DeKock Syndicate, Veronica is still way too busy:
1) Keeping the company afloat.
2) Trying to cure Astrid.
3) Figuring out a solution to the planet's destruction (which is Island 4, because she had no knowledge of Cole until very recently. Thanks, Dominique).
tl;dr: She can't fix the company. Even if the company is completely diabolical, she needs it right now or she's dead and all of humanity will likely follow.
Yea, the scene that takes place in the anti-gravity chamber was fantastic. But the actual first-time sex scene with Kane in 8.1 or 8.2 (I can't remember) that was just so underwhelming. I'm just shocked Tess didn't give a much better scene for a character she loves so much. She's more than capable of it...

Yes, it was a complete failure. Of course, one could assume that it was a conscious decision of Tess, related to the fact that, according to the plot, we (Doms) still have to break V shell and move on to a completely different level of rs, including sexual rs, where Kane will be in charge (or at least equal). But I don't want to calm myself, and until I see work being done on the mistakes, I will consider the first sex scene with V the most disastrous and unsuccessful of all the scenes with the other Karlsson sisters.

This means to mix the genes of Alexander Karlsson with the ones of Kane's parents Cole and Callista in one heir. AfaIr Alexander, Cole and Callista were the main founders of the Karlsson Group back then in better times.

I think that we can safely assume that Veronica is running the gambit as she is supposed to. And part of that is giving Olivia and Kane a fair shot and keeping them safe while they do their tasks.
I just came across the (known) dialog continuity bug in E8.1 where in E6 Kane did not visit Veronica but instead Dominique and Juliette and is still told by Veronica in E8.1 hackertalk how he saved Nurse Reyes in the lab accident.
The decision to visit Veronica or one of the other sisters is done in E5 kanethreechoice. If you choose Veronica, you continue to verokane55 where a flag is set : $ veroscience = True
This flag is later evaluated in E6 to send Kane to the right department :

However most players likely will choose Veronica as first department anyway (since she is not available as 2nd choice) and so will miss the bug. So I guess fixing this bug has a low priority.

Im not expecting everyone should be submissive by their choice. The men dont have any choice but to submit to women in that femdom world whether they are dom or sub except guys like Kane or that one man in Z2 rank. But, I wish to have some choices atleast in future for Kane to be at Z5 level at last and have a long ending and epilogue of how he changes the whole dynamics of company and make women submit regardless of their personal preferences. I just want to the turn the tables totally at the end of the game.
But, tess already told, DomKane can't do anything and is too soft to become demon. He will have just minimum choices regarding women submission and only for limited women (and that count will be even less if we exclude non-karlsson's family) even in Evil Dom path. So, I just expressing my wishes for this game, but well, I'm not the developer. It's Tess and I have problems with her, although I admire her for the great story and always will be.
