Ignoring bankruptcy, I guess you'll have to find edicts that lower order if any are still available. I don't remember if it's still in the game, but in the past you lost half your current money if the guards win the ambush after she masturbates in her room.
I'm on prisoner difficulty so no ingame cheats afaik. Also, there are no more edicts that lower order sadly. Losing half my money wont help either as I am making 2-3k gold per day, only thing I could think of was switching around the edicts I can (specializations p.ex) until I am really low on gold and then get into the negatives with a bar brawl. Only thing I'm unsure of is if it will even count as going bankrupt (so the floors can go riot) or if my income will deny me even that.
