I actually have plenty of ideas, but this is like going to a doctor and saying, "Hey, I feel sick, fix me", without offering any details. And to be clear, I'm not even a doctor.

First, you need to clarify what you mean by "anal sex will not occur/activate".

• Do you have the skill unlocked, but it's just not usable? Or are you expecting enemies to use it on Karryn and they aren't?
• Have you fulfilled the required desire conditions for it to happen, or are you playing randomly and assuming it should just work?
• Are you fighting enemy types that are even capable of initiating it, or are you assuming all enemies can use every sex skill?

Help me understand the situation better, and I might be able to help you.

Ok, I'll try to be as specific as possible.

I've played this game since the 1.05v release or whatever. Beaten it multiple times. Usually intentionally losing will hasten passives and allow for skills to be unlocked quicker.

With this mod set, skills have been unlocked before I "unlocked them." For instance, the light kick skill was available, and I proceeded to unlock it after using it multiple times with pussy pleasure being over 100 and enemies stopping me mid kick and activating penetration. Additionally, despite butt pleasure being over 100, no anal scene ever occurred.

I tried this with guards and thugs, both of which I know previously could do anal penetration. Additionally, I tried the guards defeat scene, and despite butt pleasure being over 100 with only pussy pleasure being over 100, only vaginal penetration ever occurred.

I would like to believe I have enough desires unlocked, as many enemies have "fingered" her ass and done multiple butt interactions, yet no anal scene has ever occurred.

Another bizarre thing is rimjob is "unlocked" in my skill set yet I can't use it. I know rogues initially begin that skill though so I'm not too worried about that.

Currently I have just unlocked level 2 as I've been trying to figure this out. I am not sure if it is a result of some tinkering due to the mods or what.

I've never seen guards or thugs initiate anal sex, I'm not even sure they're capable of it (and to be clear, I'm referring to initiating the act, not simply joining an existing pose). I can't confirm without checking the game files, which I'm unable to do at the moment.

If you're trying to trigger anal sex, I recommend fighting against slimes, hobos, or werewolves. During battle, make sure Karryn is fully naked and raise both her cock desire and ass desire above 100 (note that these thresholds can be influenced by accessories).

EDIT: The early unlocked skills and debug skills you're seeing come from a feature of the Karryn Babe mod. I've already discussed this and provided instructions on how to disable that specific feature, check the last few pages for reference.

Anal sex will not occur/activate when I downloaded and used a new file with your mods. Any ideas why this might be happening?
I've gotten to 200% butt pleasure as well, and have clearly been in situations where it should be possible. NPC's just wait for another option (vaginal/blowjob/titjob/etc.) to be available before interacting too. I checked all the settings and nothing indicated prohibiting anal sex.

Just checked with the slime on floor 2 and it works, perhaps you have learnt "Deviancy" edict which prevents lower holes stuffed and then the one that allows vaginal, leaving anal the only hole that can't be stuffed?

I don't think THIS is the right move, out of ALL of the possible things. The main gameplay loop is pretty much done, the "story" is also done, but there's still all those empty rooms + the possibility of just tackling on another, that very obviously felt were intended for future expansions.
But it's creative.

I get KP is finished, however... it's quite literally an endless DLC factory if executed right (a la gym trainer). Nurse Karryn? Outdoor Gym Karryn? Shopkeeper Karryn? All of these can easily be repurposed out of the existing stuff. Maybe even an actual cop Karryn that can explore outside of the jail and apprehend criminals, hell you could even give it some BDSM elements with handcuffs or something.
Reputation system with certain enemies instead of a random cycle of meme names? Enemies remembering certain things? (other than just bosses having a few extra lines when you come back after losing) More variation on battle text, more interactions outside of battle? Different scenes for jobs? Neighboring city prison? Guards-exclusive zone? (there's a table in the guard room that could probably be used for a guards-only bar)

There's just so much potential for this game still, years after release...

I get it, being burnt out and all after some 5 or 6 years. Though now he's had the platform (large discord + other communities full of dedicated fans and modders), resources (including AI these days...) and funds to quite literally get any idea done. There's a bit of code here and there that directly credits modders so he's at least not taking on ALL of that work himself.
Art doesn't ENTIRELY need to be sachinama, either... I don't mean in a dismissive "just get some AI or a fiverr artist to do it all" way, but surely others can do stuff like the prisoner bodies or even random things like field art or backgrounds, if that stuff isn't just entirely store assets (no idea on the specifics here).

Anyway I have no idea why I wrote all of this, just saw this post and was like "damn man, that's not right"... surely he doesn't read these forum posts, right? x3

But I like reading in between the lines, and to me this seems more like that there's probably some underlying issues with the co-collaborators preventing him from realizing the full potential of the game. I don't wanna speculate much, could be money (i.e VA suddenly wanting more money), could be motivation, could be literally anything. He constantly writes about how Sacchinama is doing other things now so maybe it's literally just that.
The game mode he described can be completely done by him with no new assets needed. No need for new art or voice lines. So it's more of a "safest route" type thing. Maybe that's just looking at it with a negative view though.

As for the conspiracy stuff, I didn't reply to the comment that mentioned it because I really didn't have anything to say about it. Guy read into things and speculated based on what he saw, I dunno if I would call it a conspiracy theory, but it's probably not correct by any means. I totally missed the part where he talked about AI, which I'm not in favor of myself. Expanding existing jobs or creating original side jobs involves a significant amount of work, not just in terms of coding, but especially when it comes to the art. The artwork in this game isn't like traditional full image sprites; instead, every body part and detail is drawn separately and then dynamically assembled by the game. This modular system makes implementing new content much more complex than it would be in other games, which is likely why we haven’t seen any new side job mods yet.

Yeah I'm sure it reads off as a broken record, but at the end of the day it IS a porn game that most people are playing for a fap, not to make a maxed out stat karryn challenge mode expert difficulty, as others have mentioned.
My personal experience with this game is attempting to play through it 'normally', got fucked (literally), slowly realizing everything is just the same loop of battle->battle->battle->lose until eventually Karryn starts learning sex skills, but still very slow-paced. Then I noticed that the voice lines started to change. At that point I decided to go through the localization and script files and just cheat because I'm not spending 8 more hours to unlock titjob or whatever.

I tried out the minigames and realized that those suffer from the same "do the same thing 20 times before something changes" so just cheated through those too. I don't have the stamina to click orcs for 6 minutes straight 10 times... while hard
(note to any future modders: it's very easy to get your game in a weird loop of endless orgasm cut-ins if you mess with the passives unlock rate... lots of lag haha)

Yup, you got the point down to a T. A lot of what's there is just screaming to be used for something more than just a edict.
I think I've gone through all of what the game has to offer (outside of challenges or certain "builds" or whatever). Might see if the masochism(?) stuff actually has different lines or changes the experience.

As for the AI thing, I'm aware it can't replicate the main art (people have tried it and it doesn't really look "right"), I meant more along the lines of using it on smaller things to lessen the workload. Or even just point blank asking some text AI for ideas. Just more of a "using what's available now that wasn't available back when development started" type thing, same with the discord full of modders.
