Value goes from 0 to 100. It does nothing by itself afaik. It gives you a stat boost when you also have the "Confident" buff, which comes from using Taunt, Flaunt or from some passives. Later on some passives give you penalties for having high cockiness.
It's not like your Stamina Regen and your healing also Scale with %... oh wait.

I don't know, but I've also tried infinite agility, normal stamina and fetl no much different from infinite stamina

There are also passives that give you bonuses for high cockiness like increased pleasure damage from certain sex attacks. Also, some that give decreased damage from other attacks. Some give decreased or increased damage when cockiness is low. And there're passives that increase the chance of enemies getting horny/angry from a flaunt/taunt. Also one gives an increased chance of starting any battle with confident based on cockiness.
Pretty much a mixed bag.
Is order reaching 0 a complete game over or only changes some game mechanics? I´m just unsure of how much leeway I have and dont want to ruin my playthrough since I´m already many hours in.

In all fairness if you think about it, that cunt has it coming for strongarming karryn into doing double duty as his secretary and a warden for his woefully mismanaged prison. A position she has no training or background to suggest she'd ever stand a chance at succeeding, yet is thrust on her completely out of the blue.
Doesnt even bat an eyelash at how incompetent and downright ruinous the current administration is, doesnt crack down on the "how" or "why", just leaves the muppets gainfully employed in the same prison they've clearly proven too inept to handle, tells his de-facto personal maid to handle a fortress of violent rape-happy convicts on her own and after viciously blindsiding her like that, f*cks off without leaving her any resources.
She even has to provide the salaries for the dumbass guards he bothered leaving behind out of her own pocket, which figures, because if emperor Shitbiscuit is too much of a miser to actually give her proper funding to handle a task she has neither the qualifications or training for, why the hell would he pay his own guards? Nah better save the money to keep the useless fucknuggets who messed the whole thing on staff.
