Hello, I got to level 2 and I tried fighting the slimes, but it seems like its impossible since they just keep regenerating their health. Is there an edict or skill I can get somehow that prevents them from healing, or should I just run through the level for a while until I get more powerful?

Slam, the strength skill, stops them regenerating. The equivalent agility and dexterity skills decrease it.

Got it, thank you! Is there a wiki I could try and look through in case I have any other questions about the game? Scrolling through over a thousand pages isn't terribly efficient, and I'm sure some of the questions I might have will have already been asked earlier in the thread.

Some of the friendly prisoners in the yard near your office give you hints about specific enemies. It's a good idea to talk to them when you enter a new floor.

Slam, cleave or skewer, they all stop the regen.

Sure. It's fairly easy.
Goto RemtairyKarryn.js in your www\js\plugins folder and search for the following (or goto line 2039 in v0.7B.p):
JavaScript:
Game_Actor.prototype.arousalPoint = function() {
    let value = this._arousalBasePoint + this.end * VAR_AP_PER_END + this.level * VAR_AP_PER_CLVL;
    return value;
};
There you just replace the line return value; with return 0;.
Im sorry I dont quite understand what I am doing

NG+ save with Holy Empress and Incorruptible Pillar title for anyone who wants it. Its a strength based save perfect for if you want to beat the game in a virgin run. Or you could just reset the stats and do a fresh ng+ with the titles. It also has plenty of the slut titles from a previous play through to help you get those passives if you prefer that.

Final destination -> World Star Champion

Well, its done. All Prisoner challenge title runs cleared. On their first tries, too, though I got *way* too experimental on the last one and almost ruined the streak. Its the only challenge run I couldnt keep Karryn a virgin. But i did end the game on day 150 with 2 fully researched "specialization" trees, and a "Training" tab looking like:

Yes, it is possible on "Prisoner", yes trying to reach that point is what broke my entire run, forced me to completely rework my build mid-game, and no, I wouldnt recommend it. Details in the spoiler.
Anyway, it also cost me the 3 virginities and 8h52min of my life, because i wanted to say I did the title challenges without retries.

Ive played 1 ½ Warden games (didnt get aspiring hero first time) before jumping onto the 6 title-locked Prisoner ones and its amazing how hindsight perspective works:
My first impression was(and still is) one of frustration at how the game's unwarranted vagueness gleefully revels in its purposefully antagonistic design choices, to stump and kneecap the player at every turn.
And while absolutely nothing in my further experiences has given me reason to change my mind, playing the game normally almost feels lenient now.
I kneel...
