Well on their Discord Server there is a thriving Mod Scene trying to add more content. So far all I saw were just some mock ups for some floor 4 scenarios. No real plans.
Issue is the code conflict potential, but there are some guides for use with Mod Organizer 2 to keep them clean.

well the biggest issue would be no ART from sachima which was a big part of side jobs charm, such as undressing karryn in waitress or putting her on table... but anything is better than nothing... hopefully we get to see some mods, the second half of this amazing game feels so unfinished and rushed sadly...

Nope, even i fresh install the game won't fix anything, guess i need to fresh start a game
It's not endless. If you have the Beta of Gym DLC installed, that can cause a lot of Problems. Also last time I checked OP Links has still Mods installed, that can also cause issues. So far a clean install I haven't encountered this bug at all, since it was fixed in a prior Patch.

Go to the first page, they have a thread explaining how to install it and play it. Rem already said that the DLC will be delayed because its really buggy and needs more work than anticipated. All you can get right now is the beta as far as i remember
please also note that the beta gym content is bugged and will most likely break the game.

101 how to install stuffs in hentai games

4. Exit the game and open the mods
5. Copy all the mods files on the game files that looks similar/have similar folder names
6. Test the game
7. A. If it ain't working go search for the solution on the website you download the mod

8. Don't forget to clean your surroundings after you done the deeds and don't forget to breath and blink
