Problem comes with KP_mod-2-1-5-121.zip
Look at ErrorLog.txt and not at the error screen, if further problems exist.
I think your path with img/system/MapBorders_Normal_DD.rpgmvp is not correct when the image exists but is not found.
May be the MOD was expanded in wrong root. First install KP new in other directory, then test it step by step.

In your screenshot you have rpgmvp files but I only have png files.
Moreover if I take a less recent version of KP mod it can work?
Now I think we have the problem.
You've downloaded the source code and not the KP_mod-2-1-5-121.zip, both have the same name.

- Karryns_Prison_v1.2.1d2_FULL.zip and
- GymDLC.zip
img/karryn/gym_fera/hair_purple_1.rpgmvp not found.
In GymDLC.zip are only audio and img files and no coding, the img is called from KP version.
Gym is running with Karryns_Prison_v1.2.1d2_FULL.zip, you are using an old version and should update

Basically they removed the dlc gym to put it back as is. Personally I find it not so bad but the prisoners must also interact in the actions and not only Karryn alone. It's like the upstairs toilet, I hate it and I never do it.. and if not, when will there be a scene of breast sucking?.. Rather than putting pubic hair on Karryn arff..
