I just started a new game on Warden Mode.

I went into the first battle, and I decided to just use cautious stance. The two inmates fingered Karryn's asshole about 180 times until they finally climaxed. It took forever. This doesn't seem right.

How did the dev intend for us to play the game? Are we supposed to attack the inmates with the halberd and defeat them as soon as possible or literally watch Karryn get fingered 200+ times in the ass on the first battle? Once Karen gets a sex skill, the combat goes by a lot faster, because Karryn can make them orgasm faster, but without a sex skill, making the inmates orgasm takes so long that it's kind of stupid.

edit: just using the halberd is a bad idea, the inmates never get a chance to make sex moves on her.

It's a (very) slow burn corruption game. After many hours of play you will have multiple "perks" earned that make Karryn more vulnerable to sex attacks & more capable of initiating sex actions. At the start you are intended to fight off the gropey prisoners which slowly increase your various perk counters which each time they sexually attack her.

I believe that's the idea but even still it's a bit light on the H content for the time investment.

Make a backup of your folder before copying and pasting into it.
The changes I made (thanks to the teachings of this wonderful community) were:
Karryn naked all the time (if the image doesn't appear, just sleep).
Karryn nude at the bar job.
Karryn without skirt at receptionist job.
Karryn always wet.
Karryn always excited to masturbate whenever she wants.
And some modifications of the receptionist work that the people posted and I downloaded it.

I gave some love and time to the update, and after all it turned out that both side-job mini.games seem much too time consuming and repetetive to me. The basic ideas and the art are great, but it takes a long time to go through the bar job and the receptionist job, filled with repeatedly doing the same which requires too many clicks and moves. There must be a way to shorten that stuff without giving up all the great ideas that are already present.

I see two options - shorten the mechanics and the stuff to be done OR put much more variety and random stuff in.

I understand that the mini games are totally avoidable, but as they are in the game they really should be more entertaining. I would not even say the grind is bad, but for me - maybe I a slow - each of the job takes some twenty minutes, and these are filled with repeating the same stuff all over again. Of course you could say the same about the battle system, BUT I would disagree - it gives so much freedom how to approach a batle, it is just top notch. My only wish was some clothing damage, but that's not a big one here.

As I said earlier today I still love this game and I want it to be a success. The first installment blew me away, and now I am really not sure what to think about allthose great ideas and how they got put into the game by the dev.

There has to be a solution to avoid doing the same stuff all over again and again and again. I remember writing something like this about "Fashion Business" as well, and I must admit the more content filled this game over time the less repetetive itgot or at least seemed to me. So I am full of hope for Karryn as well. Thumbs up, remtairy. Take your time. All in all I would say the content is great, the problems discussed here can besolved.

EDIT: There is an easy way to take some of the annoying stuff from the receptionist job. Just let the breezer be as strong as in the bar to avoid the heavy-clicking do-something-take-a-breezer-do-someting-take-a-breezer-boredom.

Happy Life AKA Remtairy is one of the best dev out there, the game is specific is a master peace and it's not even finished yet, i played a huge mount of RPGM games but this one was a grand potential, the mount of content you already have is so great and you can do some others tricks like editing your game files for fun (just remember to do a backup before). (PS: i literally have 48hrs of playtime on my save )

and about this update (v0.5) i was hoping for at lest the level 2 subjugated but the receptionist job is fun too.

Hi guys i have a problem when i run the game.
All sprites and images are all messed up and i can't even see the options well so i can't change nothing at all. With previous version i didn't have this problem. I don't know how to resolve this.

it doesn't take much to do well, assign 2 or 3 people to rooms and it'll count as a good job.

The global file includes non save game change states, or to put it another way information that persists between different saves. You might be able to load the game but if it will work properly is another question.
No need to be smug and condescending.

There is no necessary information in the global file because this game does not have a persistent CG gallery, etc. that you may find in other games that store it in there.

Everything necessary is in the single save file. If you bothered to try and solve problems yourself and test things before speaking, you would know this.

That editing method will not survive version updates. This is useful reading for making version-independent tweaks in a separate file where the only thing you need to overwrite is plugins.js.

Well...i cant say exactly, cuz i had not play v4u for a while, so i cant remember what i have done, but i reminisce this: i had lost the guard battle one day before, the guard stats are high as well as agression, got the editcs that raise invasion probability, the order was -10 and i had the passive "Guard's Sex Worker". Thats all i can think at the moment, hope it helps, if i get to redo this event, i take more attention to details.
But as blabbolo said, i dont discard the possibility of the guards around the couch been a bug from save migration

yes, these small modifications to the game's plugins make things a lot easier and more interesting in the game, and I am very grateful for many people to post and teach how to make this type of game change.
From the easiest, how to increase Willpower.
even the most complicated ones, like making passives easier to achieve.

Thanks for your input - I just edited my post, because at the moment your tweaks seem to break tha game. Still great effort. With grindy games I wonder what the devs intend and why. Why strtetch out a short story in order to force people to play for hours without getting any benefit and reason?

I had a similar problem, when I tried to extract the v0.5 files into my v0.4 folder. Eventually, I just put the extracted v0.5 into a completely new folder and moved my saves over instead, and that worked.
