I would say given the stone construction of buildings, presence of metal sets of armor and the stylized, but European inspired design of her polearm that the nation she is from likely presents a similar culture to rennaisance era Europe. That being said her Ethnicity would be whatever the name of the nation or region she is from as Europe and Asia likely don't exist in her universe, so she can't be European or Asian. However, while adaptive traits such as skin color are poor indicators of someone's ethnic background they are commonly used as informal identifiers in the real world and would probably be used similarly in a fictional world. In this regard referring to her as "white" would probably be accurate to both our perception of her and how a character in universe would perceive her.

Ugh, read the files that were in the mod, it's should have instruction, if I remember right. neither the less, clean install is the easiest method.

I think those are either edited pics or part of individual mods people have been putting together in the discord, and a lot of them I don't think are even fully released.
Basically there's a mismash of a lot of random shit that people have been putting together. There's a pinned post in the general mods channel that seems to be mostly UI stuff and guides on how to do individual tweaks. Lots of people are practicing with altering appearances etc since that can easily just be done with paint/photoshop but nothing has actually been comprehensively released as a mod package as far as I can tell.

Not familiar with "momohasui" and couldn't find any record of it after searching a bit, can you link to it or explain more about it?
Is it still only russian language changes or are there new things? Also what mods donppl have for this?

You're probably having issues due to not having merged the mod-loaders for multiple mods OR improperly configuring the mod-loader.
So, make sure every mod's code(including CCMod) ends with a comma with the value of their status set to "true", for example:
