Charm increases the sexual 'damage'. The bar tips don't get increased. However with high charm the enemies get off a lot faster. So especially if you play a high charm build the skill can help you to defeat enemies in 1-2 rounds just because they are ultra horny and finish fast.

I'm pretty sure you can't. The only way is to start a new game on a lower difficulty or lose the current game (0 order) and carry over the save on a lower difficulty (the game will ask if you want to restart on a lower difficulty).
I don't think you can do this in a simple way in the game, I only know two ways, which is losing the game (leaving the order and control at 0) or messing with the save file, changing the number of difficult, being 3 hardcore, 2 normal and 1 easy.
He wasn't feeling well for a day or two, but it passed and he's feeling fine now. Since he's in New York, and that's a corona virus hotspot he (and people online) were worried about that, but it seems to be fine for now.

April 6th, 2020: Progress Report
Hey everyone, Rem here with this week's Progress Report!
First off, thank you to everyone for their kind messages last week! After I wrote last week's post, I took an afternoon nap for the next two days, and the coughs have disappeared. As of right now while I'm typing this, my throat is just barely sore at this point. And none of my family living with me are currently feeling ill, so that's really good right now. Though a close friend of my mother has just developed a fever today, so uh yeah, scary. Everyone, especially you, the people reading this, need to stay safe too and let's all try to get through this alive.
So last week, I've been mostly working on Karryn's Prison and Island SAGA. Karryn's lines are about 90% finished at this point I think. After Karryn's lines are done, I'll need to write new lines for the inmates. And when all the battle dialogue are done, I'll need to playtest and balance the Receptionist side job. Those are the goals before v.5 is ready to be released this month.
In addition to the battle dialogue, I've also finished designing and implementing 3 new titles related to the waitress side job, and 7 new titles related to the receptionist side job. This week, I want to design and implement the Level 1 edicts related to the receptionist side job, and a few new passives related to the side jobs.
