Sachinama actually posted this last week, but I didn't see anyone mention it, but here is a sneak peak at some of the new facial expressions he's been working on.
damn, its things like this what makes me want to donate, then i remember they also make like 30 other games at the same time that i dont care about and it gets hard to decide
I don't mean to rag on the creator of games. But they really should focus on one or two projects at best. if not one at time when I see a game developer making or taking on multiple projects I stop caring and move on because they will never finish anything >.>
They are only working on 2 games right now (island saga and karryns prison) not sure why people think they are working on multiple other games. I would say 80% of the time spent now is on karryn because island saga is basically finished they just need to complete the translation.
I understand people have seen many developers using Patreon and not finishing their project but it's important to remember that Remtairy and Sachinama have already delivered their first game in a timely Fashion (Melty's quest). Not only that, but they supported it long after its release with a small DLC free of charge. At the time, they had like 200$ per month...
When they started Karryn's prison, they were sitting at around 230$ per month and I remembered at the time of being frustrated that they didn't do a Melty's quest sequel since it was one of the very few Hentai RPG games where gameplay and porn were nicely woven into one another. I wasn't the only one, many people that supported them were mad. They had to find a way to keep themselves afloat and since Drawing for a new game takes time it made complete sense to translate and bring to steam other games while Sachinama was busy making Art assets.
Karryn's prison has advanced by leaps and bounds ever since it started, like real progress. Even in alpha this game has managed to keep me entertained for a number of hours even triple A games haven't been able to do.
So in essence, people should take a step back, realize that these talented developers and artist are putting everything they have in this and stop throwing around random accusations for the sake of it. You don't trust them? Fine, don't support them. Giving your money through patreon is a choice.
You'd like to support them but in another way? Spread the gospel! Tell people how great this game is shaping up to be! Buy their game on steam, it's completed so you'll get ton of fun with it!
Join the discord, see the progress day to day. Get to know them and you will better understand why working in these troubled times takes a toll on remtairy.

Just let them get your hp to zero,once on the ground they only do H attacks,you'll get passives fast and things will become more of your taste
