Have lewd acts done to you while people are standing in front of your desk. Doesnt need to be full penetration but that and orgasm makes people more likely to notice.

Idk why you want to play the game censored, but you can do that by switching to Japanese Text.
If you don't want to change text language, you can also do it via mods with a simple boolean change.
