I have the RPGMV Cheat Menu pre-patched which you can download it from here so, all you have to do is extract it to the game directory. (Instructions are present inside the mods.txt file & you need to manually merge them if you have other mods)

That is completely unnecessary, the game has a built-in mod loader for a reason.
So, you don't have to touch the main files at all.

Nope, there's no compatibility issues, you probably messed up the configuration of the mod loader.

#25,170 There's atleast this afaik, but it's tied to the preggo mod, you can disable the preggo content if you want though (just use the search, it's been explained about million times already), but honestly if the preggo goth prison succubus doesn't set your peepee on fire, then i do not know what will, i mean just look at this and try to lie to everyone and yourself that it doesn't do the trick for you?
