If I remember, search "Pero Mod Cheat" you can unlock all pasives and all titles.

If you just downloaded the game from the OP, then you did not read the rest of the post. No, the Gym Trainer DLC is not out yet. Wait 4 more days, to a week at most, for the upload. For those paying, it will cost $4 USD, IIRC.
You have to enable it in plugins RemtairyDLCGym.js but its pretty bare-bones atm.
If this is true, then it's a true shame we'll never get to see the anal yeti.
Wish there were more variants to the different jobs like orcs/lizardmen at bar & reception but also no nurse job
