Nothing wrong with trying to make it unique. It's just that he did it in an unappealing way. It's not like there's no other side jobs. Bar is designed well/nobody's really complaining about that job, for example.

Lets be honest (Lets be real), it's just an afterthought change so they wouldn't get removed from steam. Karryn "allowing" prisoners to have sex with her is same as claiming an underage girl is secretly 2000 years old deity. It is just an excuse, a cover. I know this is a fantasy game and karryn is supposed to be better than an average fighter in that fantasy world but I really have my doubts about her odds at winning the fight against an entire prison full of rioting inmates of all kinds. And, if any of those inmates ever managed to defeat her in battle I doubt they would still be obeying to karryn's desires.
But they literally do in this game, so what is your point? That it isn't realistic? Of course not but as you pointed it is a fantasy game. So it is selling a fantasy. As Games tend to do.

My point is "rape doesn't exist in this game because desire system exist" argument is a little bit too naive/childish thinking to say at the very least. The fact that enemies still keep asking karryn for her permission and still respecting her no as an answer even while she is already beaten and lying on the ground makes no sense. And this happens in a prison, that means all of the enemies are convicts(and also guards if you provoke them). And I imagine atleast some of those enemies are actual rapists(although this is my opinion it is not a far fetched possibility since game takes place in a prison).
Again it is a game that is selling a Fantasy. It doesn't have to make sense. Because if you open up that bottle have fun never playing a Game or watching a Movie again.
It is a "what if..." Scenario that you should just embrace and experience. Now of course you don't have to like it if it is just too much for you in terms of not being realistic. You can also then personally just say to yourself, that it is instead like x if it makes it better for you.
But at the very end of the day if we are just taking what the Game is setting up, then everything sexual happening to Karryn happens with her consent. That is just a straight up fact no matter of how you want to spin it.

Even fantasy and science fiction has their limits about how much bs they can pull before they hit my "bullshit" bar. Besides my own bullshit bar, they also have to be coherent in their own settings.
I believe prisoners in karryn's prison would take advantage of her 100% of the times when they see her lying on the ground naked and they certainly would not ask her consent. Obviously it's not possible in real life. But the game is not reality, that's what you have to understand. Karryn DOES beat up a prison full of inmates. And she DOES want the sex, whether you want her to or not. And the inmates DO only initiate the sex that she has enough desire for. If you actually play the game, you will know all this is true.
Desire is obviously a core mechanic of the game/is a core aspect of the combat system, not something slapped on as an afterthought.

Well I mean sure it is silly no question. But I mean that is kinda a wide spread thing in H-Games. So I just take whatever they are trying to sell in their fantasy and see how it goes, as long as it isn't to crazy for me. And that point is for everybody different.

there are lots of games where you loose a fight and get raped and they arre pretty boring from a gameplay perspective i dont think that this is done to protect the dev from censorship or anything. if you get acess to scenes when you loose a fight you get encouraged to not engage with the fighting system and just be afk and at that point you can just have a renpy game without gameplay.
