do i have to download new version everytime and play game from new files or can i still play with my old files because new version dont detect my previous version save file so tell me how can i update the game or is it just download every time and play from scratch

Yes, you have to download new version everytime if you want to play newest version of the game. If you don't want to do this buy the game on steam, it will update your game and you won't have to download it again when an update is released.

I like this game, but I really miss the old mods. I’m going through it for the first time, but the whole build is built on corruption and damage + I maxed out intelligence with charm. I installed it before, but somehow it lay in a long drawer. And then I came across it for the joiplay collection and I immediately decided to push mods there) “The plan is as reliable as a Swiss watch,” I think I’ll still be able to pass it with such an unbalanced build

You doing a slut or fighter build?
If fighter, make money and level up the halbert damage as much as the game lets you. This is the most important thing to level up as it greatly increases damage.
If you're doing a slut build. Make sure you have the titfuck/vaginal sexskills unlocked and most importantly having healing thoughts mind skill unlocked.
Either way if you're still stuck after, might be time to reset.

Actually i think im forced to take the slut build, the only reason why its beacuse noimin for some reason deals 500-1000 damage of stamina.
I mean I alredy got empress title so I may aswell go after the good ending title and some random titles I still need to get

I mean, I'm sure with the way they're coding it now, yes, it would require too much work. My issue is that from the offset, the new art assets should have been coded as a swap and not a hard coded replacement (they did it with the other cosmetic toggles). It's extremely common practice to work any potential cosmetic changes into toggles separate from a base model. The issue here is that they seemingly didn't plan for that, so now we're stuck with how things are atm.
I don't fault them since they're a small team and at the of the day it's the dev's choice, but it's at least something for them to keep in mind for any future projects. No point in burning bridges unnecessarily as a dev, imo.

I like the new art. Alot. Her body is filled out in a more consistent way (biggers hips/ass) and is way more emotive. The option to toggle between them seems like a pretty obvious no brainer. If by common practice in development you refer to "feature toggling", then you might misunderstood its purpose. You make features via toggles, but eventually (after feature is tested and stable) you remove switches, so code won't become too complex, smelly and unsupportable (even in big projects with big teams).
But if your plan is to keep toggle forever as a part of the game arcitecture, it will cost a lot of time, not only during development of this change, but also after, if they decided to add new stuff (it would impact DLCs, bugfixes, mods, etc). I wouldn't choose this approach to support slightly different art style for the whole game. Way too much work for small returns

Bruh, well whatev, keep waiting...... people kept on complaining nonetheless.. do agree that they should keep the game as is and do things new in the sequel..... but by the looks of it, they kept wanting to make a profit out of it... if things kept on going the way it is and still having loyal patrons or whatever, all they need to do is add things and they profit out of it... like maybe they even decide to add new side job or event or whatever... if I were them, I be like "why not? Subverse isn't free and modders aren't here. You can join discord server of the game and thank them there where they might actually see. But don't be a dumbass and make it obvious you've pirated the game(for example saying things like "it is free").
Problem with the new art is they made her hips bigger I assume to look less strange if you use the giant boobs setting. But they didn't change her head so now she has a tiny head.
