No. Rem has flat out stated he has NO ideas yet at all for a new game. But that it will NOT be as complex as KP.

Tragic. I enjoy cool complex games. RPGM is typically for mild game experiences but KP had a good balance to it and the mods elevated it well. I really would've preferred more elaborate RPGM than yet another dry RPGM experience.
Karryn's Prison was the kind of game that made me think the developer can do something amazing in Unity or UE if they learned it and went at it with a team.

I don't know the exact version. If I am remembering correctly mod was broken after small boobs update so I am guessing it should be working any version below 1.2.6.X? I am not sure.
As for your other question, I think you need to make an adjustment to game files so she is always aroused. To do this, you can try modifying
RemtairyKarryn.js (make a backup of this file just incase something goes wrong): Open it with notepad and find this function: Karryn.isAroused = function() under it there should be a line that starts with a return code. Just change that line so it says return true; Save the file and see if it works. If it doesn't work just restore the original file.Hopefully this means mods can start working again shortly after dlc.

Bestiality in fantasy settings is usually more about sentience than animalistic characteristics (IMO at least). The werewolves (which I assume you're referring too) are sentient, and are also more humanoid. )It's not even about disagreement, that's just a personal preference which I do understand as I myself prefer them being realistic as well instead of leaning more into furry territory but in KP, they're kinda balanced in between, they don't look too humanoid like how furry characters generally are in furry games.
It also may be done to avoid getting hit with censorship on a platform like Steam, just like how goblins can basically be a substitute to shotas as well. In the past. I originally planned on using AI to change the goblins into humans but after looking at the game assets, I dropped that idea immediately.

Can someone educate me in how to change which enemy types appear. I've been able to affect some changes however I've a limited understanding of what I'm looking at and what progress I've made has been through trial and error. Spacifically, I've managed to change the enemy types in battle however I'd also like to change the enemy 'models' to represent the new enemy types, how they appear on the map.
I'd also like to change which enemies can invade the office, spacifically Karryns office. I've found where I think that informtion is stored however whenever I try to make a change, it either doesn't do anything or breaks the scene.

Honestly the nurse job would fit very well with the prison setting.
Hell it would be way more fitting than the bar job
Only problem would be giving it a gameplay reason to exist(secretary for increasing order, strip club for decreasing riot chance and for income etc...)

To be fair you could likely include quite a few new ones, in keeping with the setting, attatudes or edicts. Off of the top of my head there's Nurse, Teacher or perhaps Swim instuctor. You could also have some sort of "Dom" punishment session as well, in level 3-4.

Swimming instructor could fit too but it seems kinda pointless when the gym one exists as a "physical" job and I'd rather rework the gym one
Like fr it could have been done differently and much better.
The dom punishment is good as an idea but i feel like it would fit only on a sadistic karryn run.
Teacher and nurse would fit both playstyles and they could have good gameplay reasons too.
Teacher could have as a reward some kind of stat boost if you do it properly or a sexual tecnique boost if you do it in a "not so proper" way
Nurse instead could have a boost in dmg done to inmates as a reward(because karryn is treating their injuries so she will know their weakspots) and an increase in sexual dmg done if you did the job in the smut way
Both of the jobs could have lines for a sadistic karryn( sadist nurse/strict teacher trope) and both of them could have secondary scenes like the other jobs so for example supplementary lessons for the teacher one or a more "intensive" treatment for the nurse one
