Pretty difficult if you lack artistic talents. There is / was a mod to make the prisoners female, so that's potentially part of the work.
If you do have the ability to make the art, then it's potentially not too bad to simply replace / modify all the art that needs it (there's a lot of art assets). The dialogue may also be an issue, but I'm not sure how much explicitly mentions the prisoner's gender (there's also the voice lines to consider there).
It's a case of it wouldn't be too difficult, but a lot of work to do.

Nowhere near as bad as the other problem which we had, and the solution was on the 1st page as well for that one, and people were still asking.
I'm well aware of that one for this game, and several other game threads as well, since I was also answering the obvious back then.

Do you mean the fan made AI images? Which sprites are you referencing. Have you an example? I'm not challanging you, I'm genuinely curious as to what you mean. It's quite a damning statement.

They probably mean reworked cg's. They(new cg's) are looking similar to ai generated images.
The AI keeps getting better, I'm halfway accepting it, dont mind AI stuffs anymore.
But this gotta be the last time someone charges people $40 for some AI generated game.
This is such a pattern for any game devs: make good contents at starts, then become shitty and effortless after they gain a fanbase and their money.

Saying people get charged $40 for (allegedly) AI art is unfair
There's way more than "le good CGs" in this game
I would even go as far as saying that the art is secondary in this game because imo the mechanics and gameplay sets it above the countless games that have good art(and still arent listed between the best h-games)
You can play karryn's prison as a normal game without experiencing any of the smut it offers and still have fun
So yeah i disagree with what you said

Yeah, I would assume you'd have to:
-Replace all the art both in-combat (maybe except the detached penises), and in the overworld (this is probably the biggest hurdle)
-Perhaps remove the voice-lines that are gender-specific, and any flavor-text if there's any gender-specific ones
-Remove all the voice lines for the prisoners whenever they say "hey", and replace it with some stock female moans or something
-Bonus: Replace the King with a futa queen

You forgot gay furries with programmer socks(because that's the only way this mod can be made).
animated scenes (almost imposible) but would be perfection, BTW i always found the in battle animations weird when the clothes or the hair color dont match with karryns picture

Oh I see. Thank you. I'm afraid I've purposefully been avoiding checking out the new content. I'm still using a version of the game that was released here about January. I thoroughly enjoy this game because it does something that seems to be rare in the genre, that is balancing both gameplay that remains engaging and adult content that's continually stimulating. I'm waiting for the final release of the game and the mod update so I've become somewhat dependent on the discussion here to keep me read in.

1. Is it possible to change one scene to another? For example, I don't want to get lvl 1 scene (blowbang), I want to change it to office scene.
2. If so, can I save both separate options of office scene (guard and wedding)? Change lvl 1 scene to wedding (with prisoners), and save office defeat scene (with guards)?
3. Can I choose defeat scene, prob. linked with lvl 5 options (choose defeat scene at endless battle)?

The mechanic and gameplay for the game is real simple and bareboned, in comparsion with many other average game also made with RPG maker, or similar in the market, with a fraction of the $40 price. A cherry on top is they dont have that "mechanics" artifically stretching the amount of contents, in this case for karryn's prison, CG arts, that can be counted by fingers, into 500 hours of gameplay.
You enjoy and have fun with the game, doesnt mean it should cost more for what is actually is.
Just like packed noodle, everyone all times favorite, arguably tastes better than more costly and properly mades ramen, however that doesnt mean it should cost $40 just because it's just as good.
As disappointing as remtairy is, if you ignore the captive market and the bars arent that high, they are among the better porn game devs out there. No this is not the good news.
