WEG stands for Western Erotic Game, the joke here is that almost every WEG dev suddenly becomes "sick" mid-project and just sit on their asses collecting free money until enough time passes that they need to show some kinda progress so people don't unsubscribe. It's so incredibly common that it's basically expected with most western games.
Not sure I'm understanding exactly what you want, but I have found a way to control when Karryn's attitude changes, just not with any mods. You have to edit the RemtairyKarryn.js file (in www\js\plugins) with a text editor. You can raise the "Slut level threshold stage" values at the beginning to determine how quickly she changes her attitude. Slut Level 1 is complete virgin, and each level higher she is more interested in sex. Changing the values will change the way she reacts when prisoners do things to her (her voice lines and such), but it doesn't change how she acts when she initiates anything. Haven't found how to control that yet.
